Returns & Exchanges

All return/refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Please review the policy below and follow the corresponding process.

 

1. Order Delivered

  •  Damaged/Defective Items

 If your item arrives with significant damage, defects, signs of use, or severely damaged packaging, contact customer service to request a return & refund, or partial refund and replacement parts.Return shipping is covered by the seller.

      ·    Seller’s Error

For wrong items shipped or late delivery, contact customer service to process a return & refund. Return shipping is covered by the seller.

 

  •        Buyer’s Personal Reasons

Returns due to change of mind or other personal reasons are allowed only if the item is unopened and in original packaging.Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

  •            Misuse Damage

Refunds will not be approved for damage caused by improper use or mishandling.

Note: If the package is damaged or opened upon delivery, please provide photos/videos with your return request.

 

2. Shipped but Not Received

 

     ·      Delayed Logistics:If your order has not arrived due to slow logistics, contact customer service for the latest delivery update. If we cannot fulfill the promised delivery time, you may apply for a refund. 

  • Delivery Issues: If the logistics show delivery but you did not receive it, and it’s not due to your error (e.g., wrong address), you can apply for a refund.

 

  • Buyer’s CancellationIf you request a return for personal reasons after the order has shipped, we will attempt to intercept the package. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

3. Order Not Shipped

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering will receive a full refund, processed within 1–3 business days.

How to Process Refunds

  •        Damaged Items:Contact customer service with your order number + photos/videos of the damage. We will review and arrange a refund or exchange.
  •         Personal Return Requests:Contact support with your order number and proof that the item is unopened and in original condition. Once approved, return the item at your cost. Refunds will be issued after inspection.
  •         Unshipped/In-Transit Orders:Cancel within 12 hours by contacting customer service. For shipped orders, we will attempt interception. Return shipping fees apply to the buyer. Refunds will be processed after we receive and check the returned goods.

Address Change / Order Cancellation

 

Address changes and order cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us promptly by email within this period.

Orders that exceed the 12-hour window will be handed over to the shipping carrier, and no further modifications will be allowed.We appreciate your understanding and support. Thank you!
