Warranty Policy

JX Fitness offers a limited warranty on all full-range products purchased authentically by consumers through our official website jxfitnesspro.com. In the event of impaired product performance stemming from raw material defects or manufacturing workmanship flaws, we will endeavor to settle relevant issues appropriately. We take full accountability for the quality of our proprietary products and commit to protecting every customer’s shopping experience.
JX FITNESS retains full discretion over the replacement solution for warrantied items. Normal wear and tear from routine product usage is not covered under warranty.

All products are guaranteed against for 2 years from the date of original purchase.

Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will either be replaced

Refunded or repaired free of charge where possible during this period by the dealer from our official website jxfitnesspro.com.

 

The warranty is subject to the following provisions:

  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, cabinet parts, knobs or consumable items.
  • The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the instructions contained in this manual
  • It must be used solely for domestic purpose
  • The warranty will rendered invalided if the products is re-sold or has been damaged by inexpert repair
  • The manufacturer disclaim any liability for the incidental or consequential damages.
  • The warranty is in addition to, and does not diminish your statutory or legal right
